As our Business Operations Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Leadership Team and driving operational excellence across the organisation. This role is fully remote, and we’re open to candidates based anywhere in Australia. Your responsibilities will include :
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for monthly, quarterly, and national meetings.Support effective communication and organisation at strategy and operational forums.Organising and coordinating corporate functions as directed by the Leadership TeamOperational AdministrationManage national support systems, including uniforms, office equipment, clinic equipment maintenance, and vehicle fleet management.
Coordinate registrations, leases, services, repairs, and onboarding requirements for management personnel.Administer the company intranet and assist with presentations and communications.Representing KINNECT as the first point of contact for clients at our Mascot office.Reporting & DocumentationDeliver regular exception and performance reporting across Workplace Rehabilitation and Occupational Health services.
Maintain accurate KPI, compliance, and incentive reporting for doctors, managers, and advisory boards.Oversee billing, audits, and compliance-related documentation.Quality & ComplianceConduct audits, analyse reporting data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality management systems and compliance requirements are upheld.Supplier & Resource ManagementCoordinate supplier relationships across office, IT, travel, clinical, and operational services.
Ensure processes are effective, streamlined, and cost-efficient.Technology & Process ImprovementLeverage technology—including AI and automation tools—to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enhance efficiency.
Confidently utilise applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Automate, SharePoint, Planner, ChatGPT, and other productivity tools.Culture & Team ContributionActively contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability.
