Human Resources Executive

Job descriptionEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and records. Assist in HR audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports. Keep updated with changes in labor laws and HR regulations. Support engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and internal communication. Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in onboarding. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR operations , statutory compliance , and employee life cycle management . You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational culture and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Core HR Operations
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit).
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR analytics.
2. Compliance & Documentation
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
4. Recruitment Support (as needed)
