What You’ll Do-

  • Own and drive new business development across growth stage startups, enterprise, and agency verticals
  • Identify and unlock high-growth opportunities with marketing heads, brand teams, and content leads
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to build compelling proposals and pitch decks
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales pipelines, manage leads, and close deals
  • Represent 808 at events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, market expansion, and client success
  • We’re Looking For-

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, BD, or client partnerships in creative agencies, production studios, or marketing firms
  • Proven ability to sell creative / production services, especially in content, advertising, or branding
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape and media buying ecosystem
  • Hunger for growth and a deep love for content, creativity, and culture
