Product Manager

About the Role

We’re building a next-gen Wellness App and are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product roadmap, drive growth experiments, and create seamless user experiences. If you thrive in 0→1 environments and love turning insights into impact, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the end-to-end product strategy & roadmap

Conduct user research, define personas, and optimize personalized journeys

Lead rapid experimentation, A / B & multivariate testing

Use analytics to uncover product insights and drive decision-making

Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics & business teams

Create clear PRDs and manage the full feature lifecycle

Track KPIs, optimize funnels, and grow user engagement & subscriptions

Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-backed hypotheses

Requirements

3-5 years experience in product management, specifically in wellness or healthcare applications, are preferred

Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in :

SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A / B testing tools

Proven ability to interpret metrics and convert insights into roadmap actions

Solid understanding of UI / UX best practices and user journey design

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (MBA / Engineering / CS preferred)
