Job Title : Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience : 8 to 10 Years
Location : Pune
Availability : Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS SCM & Manufacturing modules including Oracle Manufacturing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Advanced Planning Command Center, Logistics, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Provide L3-level support by troubleshooting and resolving complex techno-functional issues.
- Understand business processes and translate them into Oracle EBS functionality and configurations.
- Work with development teams to design and implement technical customizations using SQL, PL / SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, ADF, Workflow, and Shell Scripting.
- Analyze and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Oracle ERP projects and enhancements.
- Perform functional and technical testing, including writing and executing test scripts based on business scenarios.
- Deliver end-user training and create support documentation.
- Participate in periodic reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and provide mentoring to junior team members.
- Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support change management, impact analysis, and release processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM / MFG modules within Oracle EBS R12.Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as :1. Oracle Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, WSM)
2. Oracle ASCP
3. Oracle WMS & Logistics
4. Oracle Purchasing & Inventory
Proficient in SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow, ADF, OAF, and Shell scripting.Experience in 4+ full-cycle implementations or support engagements in Oracle ERP as a techno-functional consultant.Solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, integrations, and customizations.Experience with AIM / OUM methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence tools and dashboard / report development.Soft Skills & Additional Requirements :
