Position Summar y

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialis t to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top talent, a strong understanding of the hiring process, and the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

Recruitment & Sourcin g

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Use creative and innovative methods to source passive candidate
  • Strong in data management of recruitment tracker
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewin g

  • Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit for the role
  • Job Postings & Advertisin g

  • Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards, company website, and social media platforms
  • Monitor and update job postings regularly to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Candidate Experienc e
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Communicate regularly with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and provide timely feedback
  • Collaboration with Hiring Manager s

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Advise on market trends, compensation strategies, and best practices for recruitment
  • Assist in defining interview processes and candidate evaluation criteria

  • Negotiate salary offers and benefits packages in line with company guidelines
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and employment data

  • Promote and reinforce the company’s culture and values during the hiring process
  • Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract talent
  • Represent the company at career fairs, university recruiting events, and industry conferences
  • Required Qualification s
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5-9 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms
  • Preferred Qualification s
  • Experience in sourcing for technical or specialized roles
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
