Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central, RCM, ONB, PMGM)

Job Level : Individual Contributor

Location : Remote

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Level : 5+ years (preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically sound SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our internal IT team as

an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and configuring core

SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management (RCM),

Onboarding (ONB), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). Knowledge of Learning

Management System (LMS) and reporting tools will be considered a secondary but valuable asset.

This role will directly support the Business HR team in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and

issue resolution across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules : EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM.

Provide Level 2 / 3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance

improvement.

Collaborate closely with Business HR stakeholders / Product Owner to gather requirements

and provide functional / technical solutions.

Handle day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced

environment.

Support secondary modules such as LMS and reporting as required.

Document changes, updates, and issue resolutions following internal IT change management

protocols.

Coordinate with SAP Support (SAP ONE Support Launchpad) for any escalated technical

issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules :

EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM.

Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across

modules.

Working knowledge of LMS and reporting tools like Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or

Canvas is a plus.

Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Prior experience working within an internal IT team setup, supporting HR business functions.
