Role : Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Experience : 6+ years

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Your Impact :

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle – onboarding, adoption, retention & advocacy across your customer portfolio
  • Ensure customers are maximizing business value & ROI from cybersecurity solutions
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive solution adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Influence, negotiate and guide teams / customers to desired outcomes and best practices
  • Lead communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Operate in high-pace, complex customer environments, driving continuous value delivery and service excellence

Candidate Profile :

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles such as CSM, Escalations Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, etc.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with proven success in customer engagement and success execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams & managing escalations effectively
  • Strong ability to simplify complex topics across diverse audience tiers
  • Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a strong plus
