Business Analyst - Endur GP / ETRM

Job Position Title : Business Analyst (Endur GP / ETRM).

Experience : 10+ Years.

Skills : CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications, Endur GP / ETRM.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Business Analyst (Endur GP / ETRM), you will :

• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to accurately capture, analyze, and document complex business needs, value drivers, and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non functional requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes and systems within the ETRM landscape.
• Identify and evaluate risks, assess technical and business feasibility, and pinpoint opportunities to optimize processes and leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and value.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design of robust and scalable solutions, including configuring and documenting software applications, particularly within the Endur GP platform.
• Work closely with developers, external suppliers, and internal business partners to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions that meet business needs and contribute to organizational growth.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, and educate stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to foster a collaborative and iterative development environment.
