Job Description :

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment / systems at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing repairs and maintenance as needed
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance activities
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
• Document service activities, reporting on issues, resolutions, and customer feedback
