About Echo House :

Echo House is India’s emerging powerhouse for podcasts, content IPs, and experience-led productions. We’re now transforming into a revenue-first studio model, integrating community, content, and brand collaborations. As we scale, we need a sharp, energetic, studio-savvy SDR to be the face of our client acquisition engine.

Role Overview :

You will lead the front line of Echo House :

  • Finding and converting new clients (podcasts, creators, brands, agencies)
  • Managing the complete customer journey
  • Pitching creative ideas
  • Building brand visibility
  • Strengthening the Echo House ecosystem across partner networks

This is a high-energy, hands-on sales + creative strategy role.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients : brands, creators, founders, agencies
  • Deep outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
  • Build & maintain a strong sales pipeline for studio bookings, podcast production, and content services
  • 2. Client Interaction & Consultative Sales

  • Conduct discovery calls, pitch decks, proposal discussions
  • Present creative ideas and bespoke content solutions
  • Upsell studio services, content IPs, podcast add-ons
  • 3. Customer Journey & Experience

  • Onboard clients smoothly
  • Coordinate with production, editing, and creative teams
  • Ensure delivery aligns with expectations and timelines
  • Maintain strong post-project relationships
  • 4. Brand Visibility & Partnerships

  • Represent Echo House at events
  • Collaborate with creators, agencies, and partner brands
  • Activate visibility in City Innovates & BnC networks
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 1–3 years in studios / creative agencies / production houses
  • Strong understanding of content formats, podcasting, and social media
  • A natural people-person with storytelling and pitching skills
  • Highly energetic, presentable, and proactive
  • Excellent follow-up discipline
  • Strong ability to think creatively during pitches
