What is the role objective

• To be able to execute all client service functions
• Acceptance & filling up applications, client queries and complaints. Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form.
• Should be able to handle inbound / outbound calls.
• Administration related work / correspondence
• Ability to coordinate with Various Associated Partners
• Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.
• Assist the team leader / reporting manager in making presentations, MIS etc.
