About the Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to support our HR team in managing daily operations and driving ongoing HR initiatives. Exceptional English communication skills-both written and verbal—are essential for success in this role.
NOTE- This is a junior role. University Graduates can apply.
Responsibilities :
- Update, manage, and generate reports through the HRIS system (Bob)
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and letters as required
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientations
- Address and document employee inquiries related to HR matters
- Support the organization of monthly company events and CSR initiatives
- Assist with key HR processes such as Payroll, Insurance, and Employee Exits
- Oversee office administration, including purchases, couriers (inward & outward), and
- supervision of the housekeeping team
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as needed
Who you are :
Post-graduate with a background in Human Resources or a related fieldFamiliar with the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to offboardingPossess excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skillsProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a knack for generating fresh ideasWhat we can offer :
