At Incresco , we build scalable digital and AI systems for global clients — and we’re expanding our automation practice with Microsoft Power Platform experts who love turning manual work into intelligent flow.

We’re looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

You’ll help teams automate processes, integrate systems, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive measurable efficiency across the business.

Who we’re looking for :

A hands-on developer with deep knowledge of the Power Platform and a passion for simplifying workflows through smart automation.

You’re proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented — someone who can own a project end-to-end and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

What you’ll do :

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows) .
Build interactive business apps using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
Develop and maintain API-based integrations using REST, JSON, and HTTP connectors.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation workflows.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Document workflows, manage change requests, and provide post-deployment support.
Create reusable components and best practices to accelerate future development.

Who should apply :

2–5 years of experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps .

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations and RPA / low-code automation principles.

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and connector-based integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are an advantage.
