Hiring : Retail Operations Manager – Leading Retail Brand | Bengaluru

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to join one of the top-leading retail brands in India. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in retail operations, with a strong preference for professionals from the Retail Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end store operations to ensure seamless customer experience
• Drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and manage store performance metrics
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising, and inventory controls

Compensation : Up to ₹32 LPA, based on experience and fit.
