Fintech Unicorn based out of Abu Description :
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Principal Engineer / Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of our entire fintech systems

Defining the architecture of the system, including integrations with external schemes

Ensuring that the systems are compliant with global standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize project requirements

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Provide technical vision and direction for software :

7+ years of experience in software development

Should be expertise in designing & architecture

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related to Have :

Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure

Familiarity with agile development (ref : hirist.tech)
