Role Overview
The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling content across digital and social platforms. This includes image editing, video editing, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design. The role bridges design aesthetics with storytelling ensuring every visual asset aligns with brand identity and campaign tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept & Design : Develop static and motion-based creatives for campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.
- Photo Editing & Retouching : Enhance product or lifestyle imagery to meet brand quality and tone.
- Video Editing : Edit short-form and long-form content (reels, campaign videos, lookbooks, teasers) with strong narrative flow and transitions.
- Motion Graphics & Animation : Create animated elements, typography motion, product animations, or cinematic transitions.
- Graphic Design : Design digital posts, brand templates, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Post-Production : Color grading, sound syncing, and final visual polish for publishing.
- Collaboration : Work closely with creative strategists, stylists, photographers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual form.
