Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to plan, execute, and manage events, campaigns, and brand activations from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BTL activities , vendor coordination, and on-ground event execution — ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at top quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end event operations , including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain brand guidelines and quality standards for all activations and campaigns.
- Prepare and manage event timelines, checklists, and operational plans .
- Oversee logistics , including permits, transport, manpower, and technical setups.
- Manage budgets and expenses , recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Track and analyze event KPIs ;
assist in creating post-event reports and client presentations.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure an excellent client and audience experience.Stay updated on industry trends , vendor networks, and operational best practices.Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in event operations , BTL advertising , or experiential marketing .Proven experience managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns .Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends).Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital amplification of physical events.Basic knowledge of design tools (e.G., Canva, Photoshop ).
