Amura Health is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to oversee and enhance our training initiatives, focusing on onboarding and specialized programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate training schedules, ensure seamless program execution, and evaluate training effectiveness to align with the organization's learning objectives. Responsibilities :
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, organizing orientation sessions and initial training, and ensuring all necessary resources are provided.
Coordinate and schedule specialized training programs, collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
Oversee the logistics of training sessions, including preparing materials, managing schedules, and tracking attendance.
Requirements :
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems(LMS).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
