Human Resources Manager (Urgent)

One that matches the scale and vision our institutions have grown into.As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Head of Human Resources who can help us shape the culture, systems, and teams for the next phase of CIGOI.Someone who understands both structure and empathy — who can bring process and discipline, but also inspire and guide people through change.

Role : Head – Human Resources

Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra

Experience : 7+ years (preferably in education, healthcare, or large organizations)You’ll be leading HR across all our colleges under Central India Group of Institutions (Pharmacy, Nursing, Law, Education, Physiotherapy, and more).If you’ve built HR systems from the ground up, believe in developing people, and want to be part of a group that’s modernizing education from within, this might be your space.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR / Master’s in related field; additional HR certifications a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles (education, healthcare, or large orgs preferred).
• Proven ability to build HR systems, policies, and culture in multi-unit organizations.
• Strong skills in recruitment, performance management, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement + relations
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
