DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Thales security solutions including Luna HSM, PayShield HSM, and CipherTrust Data Security Platform. The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical pre-sales support, managing proof-of-concepts (POCs), conducting product demonstrations, and supporting channel partners with enablement and training.

As The Pre-Sales Engineer , You Will

• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and POCs for : Thales Luna HSM, Thales PayShield HSM, and CipherTrust Data Security Platform.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and assist in building secure architecture using Thales products for enterprise and banking clients.
• Respond to RFPs / RFIs with detailed technical inputs, diagrams, and compliance documentation.
• Deliver partner and customer training sessions and technical workshops on Thales technologies.
• Collaborate with product management, support, and Thales OEM team to address complex technical queries.
• Assist in channel enablement and go-to-market initiatives with partners and resellers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Thales solutions, competitive landscape, and market trends.
