Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing and Fire Fighting BIM Designer based in Kolkata. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for plumbing and fire fighting systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed layouts, ensuring technical standards, collaborating with engineering teams, and addressing project-specific client requirements. The designer will also provide support in troubleshooting and refining plumbing and fire fighting systems to meet safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe system design
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and system optimization
• Strong Customer Service skills for client-facing collaboration and project adjustments
• Familiarity with fire fighting systems and building codes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field
• Experience in BIM software, such as Revit or AutoCAD, is a plus
