Creative Designer

Ansira is a marketing services company with an internal creative services department. We are currently seeking an entry level creative designer to join our team. We are looking for an innovative thinker with the ability to manage a high volume of individual projects under challenging time constraints. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy and efficient with great attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively. This position reports the Sr. Manager – Creative Services.

Responsibilities

• Manages individual design queue ensuring timeliness of delivery across all creative projects to meet our service level agreements
• Responsible for managing multiple design projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to client instructions, maintaining high design standards, and following both industry compliance regulations and brand guidelines.
• Follows up with questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, on-site design team and account managers
• Maintain a high standard of design quality, customer service, and professionalism
