About the Role
We’re looking for a UA Creative Specialist (Gaming UA) — someone who blends deep gaming knowledge with data-driven performance thinking. You understand how to dissect games, deconstruct player psychology, and translate insights into winning ad strategies that drive measurable growth.
This is a leadership role where you’ll guide a cross-functional team of creative strategists, analysts, and motion designers to deliver world-class UA creatives that move metrics — CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV. You’ll be the key driver connecting creative excellence with user acquisition performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
What You’ll Own
1. Game Intelligence & Deconstruction - Play, analyze, and dissect games (mobile or PC) to understand mechanics, player motivations, and monetization loops. Identify emotional hooks and gameplay moments that can be turned into thumb-stopping UA ads.
2. Creative Strategy & Concepting - Develop creative directions, hooks, and narrative frameworks for gameplay, UGC, and fake ads. Use data and player psychology to inform messaging that converts.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 strategists, creative analysts, and motion designers. Build structured creative testing frameworks, feedback loops, and performance dashboards that ensure scalable, repeatable success.
4. Performance Marketing Alignment - Collaborate closely with UA managers and media buyers to connect creative insights with campaign data. Interpret performance metrics to guide iteration cycles and optimize ad performance across platforms.
5. Platform & Funnel Integration - Ensure creative alignment across UA touchpoints — ad to landing page to App Store / Play Store (ASO). Optimize messaging consistency to maximize user acquisition efficiency and retention.
6 . Experimentation & Innovation - Drive exploration of new ad formats (gameplay, simulation, fake ads, influencer-led, etc.). Lead A / B testing and data interpretation to identify creative winners and scaling opportunities.
