Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Merchandizer located in Chhatarpur, Delhi . The Fashion Merchandizer will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the sales team, ensure superior customer experience, and maintain the store’s visual and operational standards in line with Moledro’s brand ethos.
The day-to-day responsibilities :
- Act as a brand ambassador — engaging directly with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering styling or product recommendations aligned with Moledro’s aesthetic.
- Manage store merchandise and ensure visual displays reflect brand identity and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the design, production, and retail teams to align product availability with customer demand and marketing plans.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify bestsellers, forecast trends, and optimize product mix.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and production partners for product timelines, quality checks, and deliveries.
- Develop and present sales and merchandising strategies to management based on data-driven insights.
- Support events, trunk shows, and private appointments, ensuring a luxury retail experience for every client.
- Maintain store discipline, client communication, and uphold premium service standards at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong personality, leadership presence, and the ability to handle clients confidently and gracefully.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills.Fashion background is a must.Proven experience in Store Management, Luxury Retail Operations, or Product MerchandisingSolid understanding of Visual Merchandising, Brand Presentation, and Loss Prevention practicesStrong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting trends, and making data-driven decisionsExperience in Product Management, including vendor coordination, product lifecycle understanding, and inventory controlExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesSkilled in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams, with the ability to present strategies effectivelyDemonstrated attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environmentPrior experience in designer wear, couture, home & lifestyle, or premium fashion retail preferredYou can also share your CV's at khushi.jain@mymoledro.com.
