Reports To : Executive Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview :

The Executive – Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing in-store and window displays that reflect the brand’s story, seasonal themes, and design direction. This role involves ensuring a cohesive brand experience across stores and exhibitions, maintaining high visual standards, and coordinating with design, retail, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Visual Merchandising Execution

Plan and implement in-store displays and window installations in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

Ensure product presentation and store layouts enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Maintain visual consistency and aesthetics across all retail stores and pop-up exhibitions.

2. Store Coordination & Maintenance

Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, product display, and store upkeep.

Train and guide store teams on product display, folding standards, and replenishment.

Ensure all VM elements (props, signage, mannequins) are maintained and updated timely.

3. Collaboration & Creative Input

Work closely with design and marketing teams to bring campaign stories and product collections to life visually.

Support photoshoots, exhibitions, and brand events with creative display inputs.

Assist in developing new VM concepts, look books, and seasonal display plans.

4. Inventory & Vendor Management

Manage VM props inventory and coordinate logistics for dispatch / return across locations.

Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, and installation as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a fashion / luxury / lifestyle brand.

Strong sense of design aesthetics, color balance, and storytelling.

Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, or SketchUp (preferred).

Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for store setups, audits, and exhibitions.

Compensation :

Salary : ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
