Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of print production, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include managing production workflows, supervising production teams, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The role involves optimizing processes for efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of attention to detail.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project requirements
Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field (preferred)
Experience in the printing industry or a related field is a significant advantage
