Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Execution
Develop annual L&D plans aligned with business goals for institutional catering and airline catering units.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for operational and support teams.
Design and deliver programs on food safety, hygiene, SOP compliance, and customer service.
Content Development
Create training modules for culinary, service, and operational staff.
Incorporate digital learning tools and blended learning approaches.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and company standards in all training programs.
Maintain training records for audits and certifications.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with unit heads and institutional catering clients to customize training.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and leadership development programs.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
Team Development
Mentor trainers and ensure consistent delivery across units.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
Certification in L&D or Instructional Design preferred.
Experience
3–6 years in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality or catering.
Exposure to institutional catering and large-scale operations is an advantage.
Skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and operational SOPs.
Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
