Duration : 3 months (but honestly, you might not want to leave)

Where : Indiranagar, Bangalore

When : ASAP

Stipend : Decent

You're perfect if you :

✓ Your portfolio shows product design work (apps, websites, interfaces) with a strong eye for aesthetics and layout

✓ You know your UI and UX basics —hierarchy, user flows, and why spacing matters more than people think

✓ You're comfortable in Figma (components, auto layout, variants—the whole shebang) and quick with Canva when needed

✓ You obsess over spacing, alignment, and consistency —misaligned icons haunt your dreams

✓ Attention to detail is your actual superpower, not just resume fluff

✓ You're curious, proactive, and genuinely open to feedback (this is really, really important to us)

✓ You love solving problems, not just making screens look pretty —the "why" matters as much as the "wow"

✓ You want to grow into a Product / Brand Designer with real ownership

• We review portfolios. If we like what we see, you get the assignment.
• Real problem, real constraints. Show us how you think.
• Manager call - Walk us through your design. Casual chat about process + approach.
• Founder call - Culture fit, expectations, vision. Let's see if we vibe.
• If HR Call back, your offer is ready.
