Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex / LWC

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce customization, integrations, and best practices, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead end-to-end development activities including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Optimize and enhance Salesforce applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners.
• Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Manage releases and version control using CI / CD and DevOps tools.
