SaT - TCF - Lead Advisory-Core :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Ability to ideate transactions and support seniors in deal origination

Strong ability and experience in managing and independently executing projects across M&A, private equity, structured finance products

Have good working experience of financial analysis and strong financial modelling skills

Good communication both written and oral. Ability to independently interact with clients and lead discussions on client deliverables

Good understanding of the infrastructure sector

Good understanding of key commercial aspects of Transaction documentation

Prior experience on live mandates and deal closure

Significant amount of initiative, self-driven

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

MBA from IIM / Other Tier 1 Institutions

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / other buyside roles

Prior experience in the infrastructure sector
