Role (you will) : - Source, screen, and engage seafarers and shore-based professionals for ship management roles.- Maintain candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with technical and crewing departments.- Manage onboarding documents, verification, and compliance records (STCW, CoC, CDC, etc.).- Liaise with manning agents, training centers, and internal teams for timely placements.- Support employer branding and recruitment drives (digital campaigns, maritime events).- Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports using Excel / Google Sheets or ATS tools.Minimum Qualifications : - 1–2 years of experience in maritime / ship management recruitment or HR operations.- Strong understanding of seafarer documentation and rank structure.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets.- Ability to work independently with accountability.
