Role Overview :
We are seeking a Lead – US Bench Sales Recruiter with solid hands-on experience in marketing IT consultants and guiding a recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US visa classifications (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC) and excellent vendor / client networking skills. This role also requires the ability to train, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of US Bench Sales Recruiters to meet weekly and monthly placement goals.
- Market and place consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC) with direct clients and Tier 1 vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Train and mentor new recruiters on sourcing, marketing strategies, rate negotiations, and visa processes.
- Oversee interview coordination, client communication, and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with all US staffing and immigration regulations.
- Track and report individual and team performance, ensuring target achievement.
- Continuously improve team performance through effective leadership, coaching, and motivation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2.5 – 3 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment.Strong knowledge of all visa types (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in team leadership, training, or mentoring roles.Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and deliver consistent results.Strong documentation and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.Familiarity with ATS / CRM tools and vendor management systems.Proven record of achieving placements and building strong vendor networks.
