Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Executive based in Ambala. The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote Justdial's services and offerings, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additional responsibilities include conducting field visits, explaining product features, ensuring timely data collection, and delivering excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction.
