Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of experience to create high-quality technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, user guides, and product documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities :

Research, plan, and write clear, concise, and engaging technical content for a diverse audience.

Develop user manuals, FAQs, technical guides, API documentation, and product-related content.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.

Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices for online readability.

Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing. For eg (AI / ML)

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and formatting across all technical documents.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing documentation, infographics, and technical illustrations.

Technical Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Visio, or equivalent.

Proficiency in Markdown, HTML, and CSS for web-based documentation.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (Node, React, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of version control systems like Git / GitHub.

Experience with SEO best practices for technical content.

Ability to use graphics and diagramming tools like Figma, Canva, or Visio.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software / IT domain.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Experience in SaaS, Cloud Computing, DevOps, or Cybersecurity documentation.

A portfolio of published technical content.
