HR Program Participant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, helping you build a strong foundation in employee management, documentation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities :

Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.

Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll support activities.
