Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the Indian domestic market, particularly in finance and fintech hiring. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and closing niche positions within tight deadlines. You will play a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements across finance, fintech, and other non-IT domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and manage smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
• Explore and implement new sourcing strategies to close critical positions quickly.
