Job descriptionClient Interaction : Connect with customers over the phone to understand their travel requirements. Package Recommendation : Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages. Conversion : Convert interested queries into final bookings through polite and professional follow-ups. Support : Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure they have a happy trip. Freshers Welcome : No prior experience needed! If you have a learning attitude, we will train you. Communication : Must have clear and polite verbal communication (Hindi & English). Soft Skills : Candidates with a pleasant voice, patience, and good listening skills will be preferred. Basic Skills : Basic knowledge of computers / Excel is required.
