Job Title : Azure Network Security Engineer

Location : Chennai ( Onsite )

Experience : - 8 to 10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Azure Network Security Engineers to design, implement, and manage secure cloud environments using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in securing Azure networks, implementing threat protection, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement secure network architectures in Azure.

Configure and manage Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure DDoS Protection, and VPN Gateways.

Monitor and maintain the security posture using Microsoft Defender for Cloud.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security into all phases of deployment.

Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Azure security engineering or network security.

Strong understanding of Azure networking, security protocols, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS / IPS, and encryption technologies.

Microsoft Certified : Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) preferred.

Familiarity with Develops practices and automation tools.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified : Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
