Job description

Job Title : Revenue Operations Manager

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience : 1–2 years

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing analytics and revenue intelligence , empowering go-to-market teams with actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the implementation and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and sales performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead-to-revenue processes.
  • Ensure data hygiene and process compliance across GTM systems.
  • Generate insights to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • Strong analytical and Excel / Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
