• Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) to achieve objectives such as brand awareness and sales Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting optimization.
• Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with branding guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize A / B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign variables to improve performance and drive results.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging visual assets optimized for Meta ad placements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media advertising, particularly on Meta platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Create performance reports, and strategic recommendations to meet business Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, with a

strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Reporting tools.
