Role Description
- Developing new product ideas and recipes, formulating and cost optimization
- Testing and examining samples, and conducting experiments to improve the product quality
- Ensuring compliance with safety, legal and quality standards
- Integrating new technology in the development process of food production
- Scaling up the production process from trial through to full-scale manufacturing
- Working closely with other technical staff to develop 'recipes'
- Conducting preservation trials and managing product stability testing
- Documenting formulations, specifications, and process improvements
Qualifications
B.Tech or B.Sc Food Technology
