Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital growth strategies across multiple products. The role demands a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign management. You will be responsible for running paid marketing campaigns, content creation, social engagement, and supporting go-to-market efforts across VTION's product suite.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performance Marketing :

A) Plan and execute paid campaigns across :

  • Meta (INR 2.5L / month) & Google UAC (INR 1.5L / month) for VTION Digital + CTV.
  • YouTube CTV Ads & DV360 Retargeting for install base optimization.
  • GDN + DV360 Display Ads for MyTappy App reach and visibility.
  • Optimized B2B campaigns to attract and convert leads; collaborate with Sales on handovers.

B) Focus on niche targeting (e.g., urban women 35+, tier 1 cities).

C) Track and report ROI, CTRs, and performance KPIs weekly.

2. Content Development & Strategy

  • Develop high-conversion creatives including 3 ad sets, 3 short videos, and explainer pages.
  • Coordinate creation of video shorts, Instagram Reels, and engaging banner content across both English and regional languages.
  • Support product-specific messaging for MyTappy App ("Track your habits", "MyTappy Hacks") and VTION CTV.
  • 3. Social Media Marketing

  • Own weekly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Drive engagement via incentives-based storytelling, behind-the-scenes insights, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with influencer and creator agencies to expand organic reach.
  • 4. Product Marketing

  • Lead the Meta campaign for MyTappy App feature highlights and new launches.
  • Support launch announcements, customer education, and promotional campaigns.
  • Align with Tech and Product teams to sync marketing with release timelines.
  • 5. Offline & Community Activation

  • Partner with online / offline communities : Reddit, Facebook groups, RWAs, salons, Tier-1 city events.
  • Plan and manage outreach campaigns using QR activations and community referrals.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing across consumer or tech brands.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google UAC, YouTube Ads, DV360, and GDN.
  • Strong command over performance analytics, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in social media storytelling, content repurposing, and community marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, campaign performance dashboards, and content scheduling platforms.
