We’re in a rapid build phase and looking for a developer who can support our technical stack end-to-end.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Full-Stack Developer who will  own the entire IT function  across our e-commerce and internal systems. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving, building, integrating, and improving digital platforms.

The Junior Full-Stack Web Developer (IT Lead) will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Daily tasks will include coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless functionality of websites and applications. As an IT Lead, the role also involves coordinating project requirements, collaborating with team members and external resources, and leading technical initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

You will work directly with the Founder and E Commerce head and play a key role in shaping our digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

• Manage, maintain, and optimise our Medusa-based e-commerce platform
• Update pages, features, and UI / UX components
• Ensure smooth performance, uptime, security, and user experience
• Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage backend workflows

Web Development

API and Integrations

Technical Support and IT Problem Solving

Product + Technical Roadmap Support
