The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end integration delivery through analysis, design, build and deployment.
  • Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.
  • Develop new and enhanced integrations following appropriate HRIT and HR delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain integration patterns and blueprints in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
  • Document integration specifications and patterns in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
  • Assist with test scenario preparation and guidance for HRIT and HR test teams.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations through deployment test phase pipelines.
  • Provide HRIT integration SME production support for integration troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Manage and support Integration platform architecture, infrastructure, and environments.
  • Own and assist with solution implementation.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :

  • Successful track record of delivery in a project-based environment both when working independently and when working collaboratively within a larger development team
  • Strong technical documentation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creative and lateral thinking, the ability to question existing practice and inspire others to do the same. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Java development tooling and practices
  • API development tooling such as soapUI
  • RESTful API use and / or SOAP Web Services
  • Experience with Spring boot and Java API development
  • Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT / XPath expressions, SQL, JMS, CFX
  • DevSecOps Tooling : Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub, JIRA
  • NoSQL Database Experience such as MongoDB
  • Azure, MongoDB, SPLUNK, Java, Spring boot, Kong, Databricks
