We are seeking a visionary Transformation Leader to architect, lead, and deliver large-scale organizational culture, leadership, and business transformation journeys for next-stage growth companies.
Our client is a HK based MNC operating in 100+ countries around the world.
What You'll Do :
- Design, facilitate, and deliver immersive interventions for CXOs, leadership teams, and business families across industries and geographies
- Work at the intersection of people science, business strategy, and cultural transformation to unlock breakthrough performance
- Lead high-stakes workshops and step-change programs, guiding clients from discovery / diagnosis to sustainable change and results
- Co-create customized transformation journeys using world-class tools, frameworks, and experiential methodologies (Eastern / Western / Zen / Energy-based practices)
- Support leadership teams through multi-year partnerships, combining inspiration and execution with accountability
What You Bring :
10–20+ years of deep hands-on experience in transformation consulting, organization development, or leadership advisoryDemonstrated success running high-stakes workshops / offsites (30+ participants) for business families, corporates, or high-growth SMEs / MNCsExpert facilitator skilled at surfacing the 'unsaid' and guiding teams through complex interpersonal and strategic breakthroughsStrategic perspective coupled with the drive to 'own' outcomes for demanding clientsImmersive knowledge of Eastern / western philosophy, people science, or experiential learning (e.g. Zen, systems thinking, ontological coaching, group energy / constellation work)Passion for building future-ready organizations, enabling culture reinvention, and nurturing internal leadership pipelinesAbility to deliver at the highest intensity, quality, and depth—with humility and playfulnessWhy Join Us
