Job descriptionRaw UGC, testimonials, content clips, B-roll Explainer and talking-head videos Creative briefs : hooks, offers, CTAs, brand kit, performance notes Primary edits : 9 : 16 (Reels / TikTok), plus 1 : 1 or 4 : 5 when needed Variants : hook / first-second tests, captions, overlays, CTA end cards Motion graphics : kinetic text, animated supers, transitions, CTA elements Organized and versioned project files Edit direct-response ads with rapid pacing, pattern breaks, and punchy CTAs Build clear narratives from diverse clips : problem → agitate → solve → proof → offer Design motion graphics to sharpen messages and improve retention Add subtitles, SFX, and memes for engagement; follow platform specs Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data 1–3 years editing paid-social ads (Meta / TikTok) — portfolio required Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics (similar to listed references) Understanding of direct-response principles : hooks, pacing, offers, CTAs Tools : Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Final Cut / CapCut + After Effects Fast turnaround , creativity, and excellent file organization Knowledge of platform nuances (safe zones, length limits, compliance) Familiarity with AI tools (auto-captions, transcript editors, cleanup tools) Basic color correction and audio polish skills Portfolio Three links to Meta / TikTok ads / reels you’ve edited Two lines on your hook strategy Your tool stack and availability to join

- Location : Chhatarpur, Delhi (5 days in office)
- Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Editor to craft high-converting, viral ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook / Instagram Reels) and TikTok . You’ll transform diverse input footage into fast-cut, thumb-stopping 30–60 second ads and VSLs that drive engagement and sales.
This isn’t traditional cinematic editing — it’s data-driven storytelling built for performance and scale.
You’ll thrive here if you love testing creative angles, finding new hooks, and bringing brand energy to life in seconds.
