ROLE OVERVIEW
As Founders Office Manager to the CEO, you’ll be at the heart of company’s strategy and operations. You’ll be a trusted thought partner, working closely with the founder to define problems, design solutions, and drive execution across teams. This is not just a role—it’s a responsibility to shape the direction and culture of a rapidly growing organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Provide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisions
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision
- Conduct comprehensive research and prepare executive briefing materials for critical business decisions
- Anticipate firm needs and remove obstacles to executive productivity and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organization
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Take ownership of cross-functional projectsUnderstand inter-department needs and proactively resolve blockersDesign forums to drive cross-functional initiatives and effective decision makingProject Management
Design and implement company-wide OKR framework ensuring alignment across all business verticalsTrack progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadershipDevelop executive dashboards for monitoring critical business metrics and key performance indicatorsEnsure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departmentsOrganizational Development
Lead organizational structure planning to support growth objectivesIdentify critical hiring needs based on business priorities and support hiring processHelp craft the company’s narrative and communication across all internal and external stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS
Education & Professional Qualifications
5-10 years professional experience with minimum 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Redseer preferred) and Series A-C startups in a Founder’s office roleBachelor's degree from Tier-1 Indian institution (IITs, Ashoka, SRCC, LSR, St. Stephens) etcMBA from premier institution strongly preferred : Indian IIMs (A / B / C) or ISBCore Technical Competencies
Advanced analytical skills including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic framework buildingExecutive communication capability with proven ability to draft board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos for C-level audienceCross-functional project management with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments and external stakeholdersProcess design expertise demonstrated through building organizational systems, governance frameworks, or operational processes from scratchStakeholder influence with track record of driving results through relationship-building rather than hierarchical authorityAn ideal candidate would have the following :
