About the role :

The Senior Manager - HR & Admin will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and maintaining the core operational engine of the organization. The primary purpose is to design implement and manage robust HR policies systems and administrative processes that enable high employee engagement institutional resilience and a performance-driven culture ultimately supporting the organizations massive scale-up goals.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Human Resources Leadership (50-60%)

• Talent Acquisition : Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing interviewing selection offer onboarding) for all organizational needs.
• Performance Management (PM) : Design implement and manage the complete PM cycle including goal-setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
• Learning & Development (L&D) : Identify training needs design L&D programs and manage budgets to ensure continuous team capacity building.
• Employee Relations & Culture : Drive employee engagement initiatives manage and resolve all employee grievances efficiently and ensure high levels of confidentiality and trust.
• Policy & Compliance : Design update and implement all HR policies and maintain strict adherence to local labor laws and compliance requirements.

B. Administration and Operations Management (40-50%) :
