As a Product Marketing Manager , we are looking for a strategic and customer-focused professional to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for DoubleTick. You will play a pivotal role in translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions, driving product adoption, and enabling sales teams with high-impact content and tools. This role requires a blend of market insight, creative storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with the product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance the user journey, reduce friction in adoption, and ensure customers clearly understand and realize the value of DoubleTick. Your contribution will directly influence product growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
- Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning tailored to different customer segments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand features and translate them into customer-centric benefits.
- Create marketing assets such as landing pages, one-pagers, sales decks, demo scripts, and product videos.
- Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement tools that improve conversion and engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide positioning and content strategy.
- Track user feedback and adoption metrics to inform messaging and product improvements.
- Drive awareness and engagement through product-focused email campaigns, webinars, and customer communications.
- Be the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs across teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business API, or conversational commerce is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to content creation and campaign execution.
